At BerkeyHome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BerkeyHome account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
